Chat GPT-4, everything you need to know 🤖
Today is yet another momentous day for artificial intelligence. OpenAI just released Chat GPT-4, and everyone just cannot get enough of it!
Chat GPT-4 is a significant upgrade from its predecessor and is available only for paid users starting at $20 per month. Let us go over all the major accomplishments of Chat GPT-4.
It is academically brilliant - It scored in the 90th percentile in the bar exam and the 89th percentile in the SAT MATH section. It is a huge improvement from its previous version, Chat GPT 3.5, which barely passed the bar exam.
It accepts visual inputs - You can now provide a picture as your input and ask questions based on the picture.
It is safer - It is now 82% less likely to “respond to requests for disallowed content.” This can be considered a big step in AI safety and security.
It can take a longer input: You can now give an input of 25,000 words into Chat-GPT 4. This opens up possibilities for long-form content and extended conversations.
It can code and be more creative - A user with zero knowledge of javascript was able to recreate the famous snake game from scratch. Chat GPT-4 is also able to write codes for fully functional websites.
The notable companies integrating it -
a. Khan Academy is looking to use it as a tutor
b. Duolingo is looking to use it as a translator
c. Microsoft will be using it for Bing
d. DoNotPay is hiring GPT-4 as an AI lawyer.
e. Be My Eyes will use it to help blind people.
f. Stripe will use it to streamline the user experience and combat fraud.
g. Morgan Stanley will use it to organize its information.
OpenAI CEO Sam Altman claims that Chat GPT’s development will be an evolution and not a revolution. He is looking to bring it to the world steadily so that it does not disrupt the very order of things.
Whatever the case may be, Chat GPT will definitely change how things work. What are your thoughts? Let us know!
Products that caught our eye 👀
⚡ Chat D-ID (by D-ID): This product just made conversations with chatbots much more human and personal. There have been a lot of products built similarly to ChatGPT; however, neither of them had the human touch. A user only had the option of typing in the question and reading out the answer.
However, with Chat D-ID, you can experience a conversation with a digital human! You type in the question or record your voice, and you will get a response back in video and audio format.
This product can have multiple use cases across several industries. One of the most exciting applications can be in the customer service industry. The bot can be fed complete information about the product or service, and then it can be the face of customer service. 👩💻
⚡ Chat (by Copy.ai) - ChatGPT broke the internet, period. But it requires more updates to make it feasible for businesses and professionals to use it for their work. This is the gap that copy.ai is looking to fill with its latest product, Chat. It is similar to ChatGPT, but way smarter.
With Chat, you can scrape websites for public data, generate personalised copy for sales outreach, summarise YouTube videos into key bullet points, learn how prospects engage on LinkedIn, and much more.
Copy.ai already has over a million active users and has served businesses for quite some time. The data they've gathered over the years can help Chat perform much better than any of its competitors. 📈
