💭 TECH FOOD FOR THOUGHT
You will soon be able to control robots with your mind 🧠
You read that right. Scientists from MIT’s Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) are pioneering research into controlling robots with brainwaves and simple hand movements - and have already prototyped one!
This research combines electroencephalography (EEG) and electromyography (EMG) feedback, which enables natural human-robot interactions broader than we’ve ever been able to do before. And by adding muscle feedback to the mix, we can also use gestures to command the robot spatially, with more accuracy.
🌱 TECH FOR SUSTAINABILITY
Energy-saving glass is here to cut your bills 🏡
You know how your windows get so hot to touch during the summer, and get so cold in the winters? This natural phenomena actually accounts for energy lost, that could be saved to keep homes warm during winters or cooler during summers!
An international research team led by scientists from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NTU Singapore) have invented a material that might solve this, using a first-of-its-kind coating that is applied to glass, and can adapt itself to heat or cool rooms.
💥 WHAT’S ON @ SPARKMATE
Morgan touches down in Europe, and soon Australia 🛩
Morgan just left Hong Kong for a few months, he is actually with our Paris team, ready to bless us with his undying energy, fuel more of our projects and expand our networks of entrepreneurs who we can support!
He’ll be in France 🇫🇷 for a few weeks, and will travel to the UK 🇬🇧, Romania 🇷🇴 and Australia 🇦🇺 before heading back to Home Kong 🇭🇰.
We call Morgan our team social butterfly (or wolf?) because he meet a lot of people to help about #entrepreneurship, #entrepreneurshiplife, #startuplife, #productdevelopment to #bootstrapping, and everything in between! (no worries he is triple vaxxed 💉)
